FAI 5-a-side soccer
What an incredible achievement from our boys soccer team of Tadhg Doyle (Captain), Ryan O’Shaughnessy, Tom O’Shaughnessy, Seán Reynolds, Conor Doorley, Luke Campbell, Liam Dowling and Cathal Kearney who placed second in the FAI All Ireland 5-a-side competition 2025. They represented our school with pride, on the greatest stage, in the Aviva Stadium on June 11 . They beat the Munster and Ulster champions but came up short against a very strong Leinster
team. This is an incredible achievement for our school, to be the second best team in the country. 1st to 6th class pupils, staff and many supporters travelled to support the team on the day. The atmosphere was electric. It was a day ourschool will never forget.
June 4th 2025 in Ballyleague
A spirited local derby as Glanduff NS overcame a strong Ballymurray NS team.
There was fantastic support on the day as they watched our victorious captain Anna Sturgeon lift the winners shield.
29th May, Castlerea
Our boys basketball team emerged as champions after beating Knockcroghery NS by only a single point.
May 28th, Castlebar
Our boys hurling team became divisional champions after a brilliant performance in the final overcoming Ballymurray NS.
8th May 2025 Castlebar
Glanduff Boys 5-A-Side won all 4 matches, clinching the Connacht title by beating the Mayo champions in the final match.
